- The 30-day refund period begins on the date you activate your account after receiving the invite.
- You must activate your account to start the refund period.
- Regular Customers (Monthly or Yearly Plans):
- The 30-day refund period starts from the date of your plan upgrade.
To request a refund within the eligible period, simply email us at team@ cloudbrand.io. Please include your account details and reason for the refund request.
Please note:
- Refunds are only available within the 30-day period as described above.
- After the 30-day period has expired, no refunds will be issued.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
